I'm so sore and I don't know why...?!

Question: I'm so sore and I don't know why...?

My body is really sore and my throat hurts when I swallow so when I try to eat some food it makes it hurt worse. I've tried to eat ice but my jaw gets tired and sore. Anyone know what this could be? Please help me.
