Hit my head on the doorknob?!

Question: Hit my head on the doorknob?

About 3 days ago, I hit the front left of my head (right above my forehead) on a metal doorknob. It didn't hurt the first day, but that area and my left eye started hurting a lot last night and all of today. There's no bump on my head, should I be worried or am I just over thinking it?

You might have sustained a bit of a concustion. Put some ice packs over where it hurts..no more than 15 minutes on and leave off for 15 minutes and then repeat. I f the pain does not go away, since its been 3 days ago, seek out medical advice. Take some Advil or Ibeprofen (motrin) for the pain. I really should not ne giving advice on medicines, but the ice packs do work wonderful. Remember 15 min on, and 15 min off, and then repeat.

Not trying to scare you but there was a man who hit his head on concrete and didn't go to the hospital bc he thought he was fine but he died later that night. I would definitely go to the ER. Better safe than sorry
