Can scoliosis form within a year?!

I don't want to go thru all the details. 33f was in a concrete floor accident in 2009. Resulted in a broken tailbone in which while recovering, I had to lean to the side to sit. MRI show disk protruding l5-S1. My LEFT side of back is what always hurts Just started phys therapy and on her papers she has L5/L4 and she noted scoliosis right off the bat. I've never heard this before, can your body evolve like that after an accident?
