I just woke up and its really gross, why do our bodies do this, and no its not hot in my house, and i only had one blanket on..so whats causing this?

sometimes in dreams that you dont even remember caused this due to a nervous or scary dream perhaps. This happened to me but i remebered the dream and it was weird so that might be why your sweating.
