I have been having pains before and during my cycle for the past 5 yrs. Just recently they've gotten worse. This past week my ovaries had sharp pains in them and I figured its was bc of my cycle coming. Didn't think it wasn't normal until I got my cycle at least I think it was. Friday night I had such intense sharp pains with what it felt like was also twisting of my ovaries. I dealt with it for abt 5 hrs and finally fell asleep. Sat and sunday my insides were sore and I was barely bleeding. Today I'm feeling lightheaded and dizzy on and off. Sleepy and not wanting to eat bc my stomache is burning. Just all together not feeling myself. Is something wrong....do I have a cYst or something?

Hi Jen,
I'm not going to throw out a bunch of assumptions, could be this and could be that kind of stuff, because it could be....Anything. Things come to mind, yet even those things would have to be checked/tested for. So, I suggest that you do see either, your Doctor or Gynecologist for a proper diagnosis.
You don't need to hear a bunch of things here from people that are going to just say scary, uneducated things to you.
I know I didn't give you an answer like you wanted, because I think it's best you get it from your Doctor.
