turn lights off, turn off tv, radio or anything that makes noise. Get a cold wet wash cloth and lay down with it on your forehead covering your eyes. Make sure it's quiet though

Best thing to do is increase fluid intake+++. Take 1g Paracetamol (usually 2tablets) and your symptoms should get better within the hour.

well.. i would start off by taking advil/tylelol/excedrin...

then maybe drink some caffine.

or if your not going anywhere, take a nap, usually gets rid of them.
