My daughter is 4 and a little chubby nothing serious...?
She doesn't get out much, mostly at home. Today we went out to a bouncing fun zone type thing. She loved it played for hours. After we came back home and she was playing with her cousin running back and forth. The stopped and sat on the floor. A min later she said she felt a pain in the middle of her chest. It came and went for about 3, 4 min. She told me earlier playing she felt the pain and it went away. She's fine now but i was wondering what that pain could have been. I'm bugging out little, I just want to make sure my baby is ok. Anyone know what it could be ?????

She discovered exercise perhaps? She was probably running around too much and got a little winded. Get to to exercise more but not to over do it. If it happens often, go to your doctor.

first i would take her to the doctors to make sure that she doesnt have a heart problem. if she checks out okay, i would start feeding her more fruits and vegetables, basically start eating more healthy. you can set an example by eating healthy foods as well, and exercising with ur daughter. if u have a park near by maybe go for walks with her. take her to the playground etc. having ur daughter eating right and exercising now, is setting her on the path to a long healthy life.

It could be heart burn, I dont run as much but when I do during gym class and stuff. I get like a pain that feels like heart burn so maybe it was heart burn or something.

In a 4 yr old I think I would go along the line of a twitch or stitch in a muscle in her upper stomach area. But again, I would not risk my child's health and would make an appointment to see her doctor. That is the thing with the last 2 generations-the do not get outside and play enough. When I was a kid you played outside till the street light came on, the only time you did not play out side was if it was raining hard. You said she does not get out often-I would make it part of her daily activities obviously she had a good time. But as I stated before a good check up would be great, both for daughters health and your peace of mind. God Bless Reggie
