How can I get to sleep faster?!


Question: How can I get to sleep faster?
Whenever I try to go to bed at night I end up staying awake for a couple hours. How can I make myself sleep?

Answers:

You can take Advil PM's. Make your self a cup of hot tea with lemon and honey, it's very relaxing. Take a nice bath (not shower) an hour or so before you go to bed and just lay there and listen to music to relax you.



Some light exercise at bedtime often helps you to relax, unwind and switch off and that often improves your sleep.
