if you were under the influence your testimony probably isn't going to stand.
...and personally, it doesn't hold any water with me. 9 out of 10 people who i have seen run across the jail think they were "victimized" while in there. Like someone who doesn't even know them hates them enough to pick them out of the crowd of hundreds of others they have to deal with in their job.
Stop taking drugs - things will only always go downhill for you if you keep this up.
p.s.....custody handbook?? ...
i am a probation officer.
My advice would be to seek legal advice. However I believe your medication would render your answers questionable as defining evidence of a crime. But I am just a layman. You can get legal aid I believe. In this case you definitely need it if you want the correct outcome.
There's no need to worry about being perfect anymore. It turns out that no one is at www.perfectlynot.com
There is something about your story that just doesn't gel. An average human being would have been dead with the amount of medication that you were given. You should get a final copy of interview to sign. Here is what you put on the paper. " I do not concur with these findings but I am signing this paper because I was asked to sign it. For the past 24 I have been under heavy medication given by the authority and this was not taken into consideration during this Interview. Write it down before hand and it will not take you so long to copy it.
