Question: How can I encourage myself to fall asleep naturally during the week?
I'm a sophomore in high school and I can't seem to manage falling asleep naturally on the week day without taking something like unisom. I guess it's because I have a lot on my mind about school and everything but I go to bed usually around 9:30 to 10:00 but I don't actually fall asleep till about 11:00 or 12:00 on a good day. So my question is if there a way to train myself to fall asleep when I need to? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
