Question: My wrist clicks and i cant move it?
It clicks a lot, and its slightly swollen. I can barely move it upwards at all, but down is fine (just painful). i've seen a doctor and he gave me anti-inflamatorys and sent me to a physiotherapist, who gave me exercises to do - But I saw them again a week ago and agreed that it wasn't helping, so sent me back to the doctors.
Whats next? The doctor just pulls my wrist about and gives me more tablets every time I go, and im getting extremely depressed about it!
Can anyone suggest anything I can ask about, he's said its tendinitis, but the positioning of it means he cant give me steroid injections into it, but the physio thinks he's wrong because its not responding to treatment at all.
Any other things it could be?

This sounds like a very severe form of Carpal Tunnel.
There is actually a surgery you can have done where they slice one of the tendons in half (I know!) but it is effective 90% of the time. Doctors who give you meds and tell you to be on your way get paid per patient, so they're eager to get someone else in. If I were you, I'd go to a Rheumatologist or a Neurologist so that you can have them examine your muscles, joints, and nerves in depth!

I have a similar problem with my right wrist and the only thing that works for me is immobilizing it for several days. I wrap it up with one of those wrist wraps/splint things until the swelling goes down and my wrist clicks back into place.
