what are some good stretches for the left, right, and middle splits?!


Question: What are some good stretches for the left, right, and middle splits?
I would really like to get my splits by May, because cheer tryouts for 8th grade cheer are in May, and I know it's a while away, but I kind of want to rush just to make sure I am able to do them by then. After I stretch for about 15 minutes I am about 3 inches from the ground in my middle splits, and I haven't really been focusing as much on my right and left. I am afraid to stretch too hard because I could pull a muscle and that would set me back a lot. So could you guys please give me a little advice on the splits, how often to stretch, and most importantly, some really good stretches for middle, right, and left splits? Thanks so so so much.

On your middle split do an oversplit when you are 3 inches from the ground. It often gets people those last few inches.
For your left and right splits do lunges. They are the best. Watch this video and try it for your splits! It is shockingly brilliant!

Do an oversplit when you get about 2 inches from the ground in your left and right splits.

Me. My right split is about 8 inches from the ground (I know), my middle split is about 4-6 inches from the ground and I have my left split and my left oversplit.
