Why can't I ever go to sleep at a normal time?!

Question: Why can't I ever go to sleep at a normal time?
I try to go to sleep around a decent time but usually wind up staying up till 5am or 6am. I've tried staying up all day and then going to bed around 9pm or 10pm but wind up waking up a few hours later and staying that way till 5 or 6 again. I've tried laying there with my eyes closed for hours. I've tried watching boring tv shows, playing a non stimulating game on my ipod, reading a book or even trying to go to sleep an hour before usual every night for several nights in a row. My husband gets mad because he unlike me is a morning person and wants to spend time with me, but I sleep till 2 or 3 in the afternoon. I don't have a problem sleeping it's just falling asleep that is my problem.. Any suggestions?

Insomnia perhaps. Try doing something that relaxes you before sleep. Maybe listen to some calming music?

Be there

Try Working Out it will make you tired So When Your In Bed Maybe You Will Sleep.
Also When You Begin To Get "Old" That Happens But Of course I dont know your age so This Could Be False In Your case.

If None Of Them Work Try This Medicine Called Melatonie Or Something Like That.I Have The Same Problem And The Medicine Really Works.Go To LetsTalkHealth.com
Hope It Helps :)

So dont stay in bed until 2 or 3pm. You need to get up, do your day and then go to bed at a reasonable time.
