I have a pain in my wrist/hand/fingers, what is it, help please?!

Question: I have a pain in my wrist/hand/fingers, what is it, help please?
I have had neuralgia in my face before and it feels a lot like that, pain in my fingers but mainly my thumb, my wrist and shooting pains in my forearm.

I have been outside in some cold windy weather lately so could I have caught a chill in my wrist? If so how do I clear it up quickly.

Any help would be great thanks.

You could possibly have carpal tunnel syndrome. I don't know what kind of work you do, but many times this will happen if you do a lot of computer work, or have a job that requires repetitive motion. This can be treated by treating the trapezius muscle. Cupping (a method used by many acupuncturists is very successful in treating this. Often times cupping will be used in conjunction with acupuncture or acupressure.
