Different pain killers?!

Question: Different pain killers?
I take 6 different pain killers which are all prescribed by my doctor but I am still in a lot of pain. I wanted to ask if you take too many different tablets do they work against each other and then not ease the pain. I have arthrites and osteoarthrites in my hips and spine.

Answers:

Hi arthritis I have MS and arthritis it is a pain that never goes away no matter what you take you will have good and bad days and you will have to learn to live with it weather will affect it also eventually all the pain killers your body will get used to and they won"t work just help some. You need to contact the arthritis foundation in your area and they will give you lots of useful tips ! My tip for you is don't eat foods containing acid after evening meal have two tablespoons apple cider vinegar to 1tablespoon honey and 1/2 cup hot water sip don't expect it to work straight away keep it up and fish oil tablets 4 a day and keep moving as much as you can go for walks do stretching if you can get to a heated pool three times a week water is a low impact exercises drink lots of water it cleans toxins from our joints if your having a bad day then just rest when your having a good day move baby move don't sit around and take up a hobby to take your mind off your pain anything reading jigsaw playing games crossword painting if you can still get about a low impact exercise class or line dancing even ball room dancing good luck! hug your way Hope this helps Luv Granny M x
