16 year old in excrutiating pain.?!

Question: 16 year old in excrutiating pain.?
It happened Sunday. I woke up at 8 to get ready for work and I did. Then went to bed for a quick nap then woke up in the most awful pain ever. I couldn't get up, roll or move and had difficulty breathing. Everytime I did it hurt in the right side of my rib, mainly mid to bottom and then tighten right across the front of my chest like I was being winded and unable to breathe. My girlfriend who was there noticed and called 999, he took me to hospital and I got checked. I gave urine but refused to give blood test. They said probably a muscle problem but the paramedic who took me said it could have been a kidney infection or worse.

I'm still in pain, I'm feeling sick constantly so I know my bodies trying its hardest to fight something off and painkillers aren't helping.

I fainted the other week and wondered if it could have been that and only realised now or maybe an infection that I should get my bloods checked for?

I've noticed lately that my urine is darker and there is more of it. If that's any help at all.
I'm 16 male.

Why would you refuse a blood test? Go back to the doctor and let them do the tests they need. That's the only way they're ging to know what's wrong.

Get your bloods taken. It can tell the doctors a lot about what is going on and causing the pain. If it is an infection they need to know the type of bacteria responsible so they can prescribe the right kind of antibiotic. If you don't get the blood taken they cannot really treat the cause of the pain.

kidney problems from diabetes? Avoid sugar. Get tested.
painkillers make it worse.
