Question: Throat infection that will not subside?

I was sick for 3 weeks, decided to finally go to the doctor and was told I have an upper respiratory infection, sinus infection, and laryngitis. I finished off the antibiotics and was fine for a week. Last night, all the previous symptoms hit me like a freight train! Should I wait it out or head back to the doctor...or a better one?

I did the same thing, I had that exact same symptoms got better and got it again, I went back to the Doctors and he gave me a (Z PACK)! That stuff is Miracle stuff, you only take it for 5 days, by the 3rd day i was back too normal and never got it back. also take some Zinc I did the Lozenge's.! Good Luck and Feel Better! Z PACK!! Take all of them even when you star feeling better!!

First, go see the doctor again.
In addition, throat infection sometimes might be caused by stomach acid. When the acid backs up into the voice box (larynx), the condition is referred to as reflux laryngitis. The treatment is different that the regular infection.
