Need help with back pain and Muscle Spasms?!

Question: Need help with back pain and Muscle Spasms?
I am under a Doctors care,
I take oxycodone 5 times a day,
muscle relaxants and Xanax three times a day,
I take Neurontin 3 times a day for Fibromyalgia.
I utilize Medical Marijuana.
I have spinal Stenosis, Degenerative Disc Disease
and three herniated Disks in my neck.
I do my stretching and exercise on a regular basis but still get spasms on the the left side of my body usually my left arm which locks up both in the upper and lower arm.
I get random spasms all over my back and ribs.
I do pool therapy, hot tub therapy, massage therapy along with my medication. I go to Pain Management classes.
I am at a loss for what to do?

Jesere, please try these movements to see if they help you. Sit in a chair and raise your left arm up above your head as high as you can. Note the endpoint of the outstretched fingers and then rest that arm. Now do the same with the right arm. You will find that one hand was able to reach up further than the other. Start with the arm that went up the highest. Raise that arm up as high and hard as you can for 30 seconds and then rest it for 15 seconds. Repeat this cycle twice more and then do the same cycle with the opposite arm 3 times. Next, turn your head to the left as far as it can go noting the endpoint of rotation. Now do the same to the right. Start in the direction that rotated the furthest. Turn in that direction as hard and far as you can for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat this twice more and then do the same 3 movements in the opposite direction. Lastly, twist the body to the left as far as it can go noting the endpoint of movement and then do the same to the right. Start in the direction that rotated further. Twist in that direction as hard and far as you can for 30 seconds and then rest for 15 seconds. Repeat that twice more and then do the same cycle in the opposite direction 3 times. Get up and move around. Stretch and you should find that there is more mobility and less pain. Do these movements at least twice a day.

If you're not taking 1g (1000mg) a day of magnesium chloride you'll never get rid of those spasms!

If you are open to alternative treatments you might want to ask help from a chiropractor. More info about chiropractic below:
