I hit my hand on a door frame and now there is a painful lump on my hand?!

Question: I hit my hand on a door frame and now there is a painful lump on my hand?

I just accidentally hit my hand on my door frame and now my hand hurts and there is a half a marble sized lump where I hit it :( anyone know what this could be. My thumb and finger also hurt a little bit to move.
