Bones in my arm hurt, what could it be?!

Question: Bones in my arm hurt, what could it be?
I broke my left arm when I was younger and ever since then when it's cold it aches but for the past 3 days it hasn't stopped hurting, I woke up screaming a couple times at night because it hurt so bad. I am getting over a cold and I'm 4 months pregnant (I don't know if they have to do with anything but I wanted to make sure I wrote it just in case). My next doctor appt is March 1st, I'm going to ask when I go but I just wanted to see if anyone had this problem before and what was it or what could it be? By the way I'm 22 years old if my age helps. Thank you all in advance!!

Answers:

When you broke your arm you had trauma to the muscles in that area. When the muscles have trauma to them they tighten up their tendons, making the muscles shorter. This may not usually be a problem but it brings the whole muscle closer to where it can be going into pain easier which, with the cold weather, where muscles tend to tighten up a little to preserve body heat, is just enough to cause the pain you are having. Because the medical field doesn't do anything with tendons they don't get what is wrong nor will they know how to free it up. Not knowing for sure which muscle it is I can't do anything about it here either I'm sorry to say.

have done tendon work.

Possible arthritis.
