Why do I sweat so much at night?!
Question: Why do I sweat so much at night?
I wake up every night absolutely drenched in sweat. I have no idea why... I am not overweight or out of shape or anything. I am not having racy dreams. I do sleep under a huge down blanket, but even when I sleep in a different bed this still happens to me.
Does anyone know why this is? Or how to stop doing it?

ive had the same problems the last few years, even tho im cold, i sleep in my boxers and no blanket, it seems to help alot, take a hot shower before you go to bed see if that helps,
