Head injury? or tiredness?!

Question: Head injury? or tiredness?
2 weeks before Christmas I fell over on the Ice ( just a gash ) and I went to the doctors and got it stitched and they did a visual eye test using there finger and I had to use my eyes to follow them and I passed it amd because I didn't pass out or vomit andytime since I fell over she said I'm going to be fine ( the cut was from my brow to my cheek by the way ) and after it I had trouble sleeping and I felt tired and i would just zone out ( voluntarily ) and it is constant does anyone know what this is please? I don't want go see a doc answers please I already have he tapped my knees with a ruler, looked into my eyes and ears and made me touch my nose with my eyes closed and said I'm fine and to go back in 6 weeks if it continues amd I'm going back in 2 weeks but want to know all the stuff I could have that cause this please and I don't take drugs or drink alchohol and I'm healthy and exercise a lot but I just feel heavy eyed all the time and tired and zoned out like I'm in a dream. This is a bad subject for me too I'm not scared of heights or spiders I'm scared of coma's and cancer and head injuries.

I know you don't want to see an MD but I recommend you see an neurologist soon. It sounds like you may have had a concussion. They present in numerous ways and having someone tell you that since you didn't pass out or vomit is simply irresponsible.
Call a neurologist's office and explain your symptoms and they will schedule an appt for you.

Injuries such as yours could have also given you a concussion. It is not fatal, just annoying.

Call the doctor and get a earlier appointment before six weeks. At first at times it does not show all the problems like you our having til the next day, could even be two or three days later before more systoms happened. The doctor will be the best for you to find out all your questions and what-ever else you want to know.Do not be afraid to go back sooner to the doctor, better for you to go now instead of waiting any longer,to get properly medical care if needed. Good luck.
