when i work out i throw up?!


Question: When i work out i throw up?
what can i do to stop this?

after i puke i still conitune my work outs but how can i stop throwing up?

Answers:

If you are eating right before the workout... wait longer before starting. If that is not causing the issue, you should probably slow down the workout when you start feeling nauseous. Take a quick break, get some fluids, then begin again once you are feeling better. If you continue working out after vomiting, you are risking severe dehydration and electrolyte imbalance (even if you are drinking a "sports drink").
