Sleep in a dark room with curtains shut tv and radio off drink plenty of water during the day this will refresh you in the morning. 7-9 hours sleep should be good. Sleep well!

Get yourself into a sleeping routine! Go to bed at the same time each night. First relieve your bladder, take a nice warm bath or shower, dry off slowly, brush your teeth, read a couple of chapters from a novel, listen to soft, peaceful music, turn the lights off, and sleep Get up the same time the next morning, and repeat your routine. It works! That's why babies have sleep routines. So sleep like a baby.

What I do....



Don't drink any caffeine at least two hours before you want to get to sleep, drink some warm tea and try meditating right before bed-this will clear your mind and help you relax. You may want to exercise also a few hours before to help you sleep better.
