Question: Toenail bruise or fungus?
I remember hitting my toe very hard with a gate, but i never felt pain afterwards. when i removed my nail polish, my nail was kind of powderish exactly where i hit myself and there was a minuscule amount of blood in the center of the "bruise" but, im not sure if it is a bruise of a toenail fungus. i removed the center of my nail, not, it is empty.
Will my nail grow again?

It is just a bruise, however if not taken good care properly it could get infected and turn into toenail fungus. You should clean the wounded toe at least twice a day and at the same time replace it's bandage. Don't worry the nail will grow back.
