Question: Am I too young to be getting frequent muscle aches and pains?
Every time I bend my knees, they crack. And my muscles ache like I've been lifting tons when I actually haven't done much exercise at all. I get random pains like most people don't get until they're in their 50s. I consume enough calcium and all, so I don't get it. What could be wrong with me??

I'm 21 and I've had similar problems since I was in high school. I know with the knees, my problem is caused by my knee cap rubbing on my femur. I went to physical therapy for a while which seemed to help. I would suggest doing stretches to help with your muscle pain. It will loosen your muscles up and the random pains should stop soon. At least that's what has helped me.
