Question: Will it still hurt in a week?
If I tore my meniscus will it still hurt ina week if i have no treatment? If it does I am getting an MRI. So do you think it wil?

It depends, but yes it probably will. If it is a partial tear, with therapy and proper care it should heal in about a month. If it is a full tear it will not heal, and you will need surgery to heal it. If you are an adult, most likely you will need surgery to heal it. Go ahead and get the MRI.
With no treatment, it will get worse.
With treatment, it can take 8-10 weeks for recovery and up to a year to regain full use of your limb.
