I Have a lot of flem in my throat. Every time I talk I feel like I will throw up, and I did this morning. Please help! I have tried drinking tea, and a hot cloth.Please help.

Don't do the hot cloth , just add honey to your tea take some Tyrozets they numb the throat

Buy a cold remedy that is marketed as an "Expectorant". This helps bring up the mucus.
