Its late at night (uk) and the monthly visitor is upon me! Now i normally get like growing pains all down my legs as well and when im on i always eat too much so now i feel sick as well, have taken ibs relief tablets and is there anything else to calm these damn things down. (dont want to eat bananas coz i feel sick)

In A&E we use buscopan for abdo pain, you can buy this over the counter in lower doses but can take a single dose of up to 20mg, also cyclazine for the sickness. Other things you could take over the counter are femenax express, my missus uses them and they work a treat.

Put something warm on the lower part of your stomach. You can heat up a small towel in the microwave. That should help :)
