Are there any exercises that I can do to ease the pain in my wrists?!

Question: Are there any exercises that I can do to ease the pain in my wrists?
I get tendinitis in my wrists and hands if I'm too overzealous with writing or typing for an extended period of time. It helps if I soak my hands in hot water, but that's not a viable option when I'm at work and pain strikes. I can take a pain-reliever, but I'd prefer using natural preventative measures instead. For example, are there certain wrist exercises that I can do? Also, would lifting weights help make my wrists stronger?

Answers:

I've had luck freeing up the tendons to get rid of the pains and here's how to free them up:
Wrist:
With hand resting in front of you with the palm up, bend your wrist as far as you can.. Then press into the area behind the wrist, where they take your pulse, and hold a good amount of pressure on it. After 30 seconds slowly open your wrist up as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your wrist open for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

it may be carpal tunnel...try some wrist splints ( at any store) and see a Dr
