How do I ignore hunger pains?!

Question: How do I ignore hunger pains?
Well me and my mom are doing this diet where we eat a yoplait cup of light fat free yogurt for breakfast with a multivitamin, and a big salad or steamed veggies for dinner. Throughout the day we drink 2 slimfast shakes and a whole bunch of water. I'm 14, 5'9" and 190 lbs... I've literally tried every diet- slimfast, I've gone vegan, southbeach, weight watchers, nutrisystem, and even just counting calories but I haven't lost any weight. So don't tell me I should try something else that's "less risky."

Answers:

First of all, don't ignore your hunger pains. It's your body's way of saying that it wants something. What you may want to identify is what exactly is going on. Are these actual hunger pains, or are these mental cravings? If they are pains, you should eat something; preferably something that will fill you up. I suggest fruits, veggies, lean meats, non-fat dairy products, and reduced-calorie bread (these are the weight watcher power foods). I'm currently on the Weight Watchers points plus system, and you can have most fruits and vegetables for 0 points (if you were on the old system, you might want to check out the points plus system). If you are experiencing mental cravings, that is something you can address too. If you have a favourite food, eat it occasionally. I'm a big Coke addict, so I buy those little half-cans. Another thing you should identify is when these pains are occurring. Between meals? Late at night? If it is occurring between meals, you should try one of the before mentioned power foods for snacks. If it is late at night, maybe you aren't going to bed quick enough. Also, I suggest try walking. I think you will be surprised what a daily 20 minute walk will do for your hunger levels (and overall health). Another thing I could suggest is to mix up your diet a little bit and maybe try some new foods. One last piece of advice is this: keep at it and don't get discouraged! Quitting is easy. Acheiving is hard.

Drink lots of water

I have been doing slim fast for a month now and I love it and lost some weight. You might have been doing the old plan where you just drink the slim fast or eat the smil fast bars. Now it's the 3 2 1 plan. 3 snacks a day weather it be fruits, veggie, slim fast bars. 2 slim fast shakes and 1 balanced meal, half the plate should be veggies and 1/4 of the plate should be meat and the othder 1/4 should be a starch. You can look it up on slim fast 321 plan. You should try it again and see if it works. You really have to stick to it and if you stick to it exactly the way they say you will notice the weight dropping off of you and you have to drink alot of water. No soda or anything else that has sugar in it! Try and see what happens. But whatever you do don't do the diet pills. They make you **** alot which is good because you drop the weight fast but once you stop taking the diet pills you gain weight back!! Also, there is this disease that alot of women have its call polystick ovary disease which has symptoms like alot of facial hair, weight gain and some other symptoms maybe look it up and see if you have any of the symptoms and if you do get tests and they will give you a pill and it can help you drop weight. I tried all of the diets but I didn't try slimfast and I am doing good but I got tested for the disease and I has it and they give you a birth control pill and you drop weight!!
Also, don't ignore your hunger pains because if you do that it makes your body hold on to the weight instead of losing the weight! So feed your body. There is also called this diet which is the beverly hills diet look into it I have known alot of people on it and they have lost alot of weight!
Good Luck
