Is waking up early bad or good for you?!


Question: Is waking up early bad or good for you?
I usually busy in day(7:00 a.m to 6:00 p.m) and when i come to home i feel restless and didn't want to study ?Does waking up in 5:00 a.m will be OK.Will it suit my health?

Answers:

Its not bad and its not good. Its bad because you need your sleep or you wont function for the day. Its good because you if you excersise you will be alright at the least try to go back to sleep at 5 or 6 in the morning. If you cant go to bed later so you sleep longer. :)



Need atleast 8 our bro, for extra relaxation 9-10 hours



It is good for you,if your body can handle it. I wake up at 5am and go to sleep at like 11p.m
