Banged my head ice skating, should I worry?!

Question: Banged my head ice skating, should I worry?
I banged my head last night, falling backwards (after a collision) while ice skating quite fast. It was just a minor bump, no blood, loss on consciousness, dizziness/nausea or anything. Just had an intermittent headache since, comes and goes without me doing anything. Haven't taken any painkillers.

Could be or not be serious. A lady I work with got hit with a water balloon at a party. It hurt but she didn't make a big deal about it, it was only a balloon. About 3 days later she started talking weird, Saying really odd stuff. Her family took her to the Dr. and she had to have surgery. Apparently there was swelling and they said she was lucky they caught it. They had to drill a hole in her head. There are cases all the time of people dieing due to bumps on the head. If you are getting headaches SINCE the accident I would go get it checked. Its probably fine but it sure would suck if it wasn't.

If there's a bump then that's a good sign, if it's indented then see a doctor. Take ibuprofen to help take down the headache pain and bump.
