Question: Why does this happen when I sneeze?
Feels like my throat tightens and it's harder for me to breathe for like 3-4 seconds.

your brain is having a small panic attack as it tries to expel the foreign body irritating your sinus and nose. Consciously think about relaxing and allowing the sneeze to occur will in time solve the problem for you. If it doesn't alleviate the problem in a few days there may be a more serious problem so consult a gp and get checked out.
