How does mouth to mouth resuscitation work?!

Question: How does mouth to mouth resuscitation work?
If we breathe in Oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide then how are we able to get Oxygen into the other person when we breathe into their mouth after taking a breath?

Answers:

you breathe in 21% oxygen from the air. you actually only use i think about 4% of it so there is still 17% oxygen in what you breathe out.

if you breathe in lots of times quickly (hyperventilate) then you will blow off most of your Co2 and so breather out more oxygen since you use less of it.

basically there's still lots of oxygen in what you breathe out - and it's better giving them some oxygen than none

There is a certain amount of oxygen mixed in with the breath you force into the victim's mouth. But more importantly, you are trying to get the diaphragm and lungs working again on their own. In addition there is usually an amount of water the victim will cough up which clears the airways.
