having a hard time moving my right arm?!

Question: Having a hard time moving my right arm?
I'd been in a fall accident which causes my right shoulder to be dislocated and my right elbow got a chipped (crack). the ortho doc manually got my dislocated shoulder back and cast my chipped elbow for a month and 2 weeks.

but after he removed the cast. i cant barely move my right arm, my elbow is a bit shallow and my risk, elbow and shoulder feels pain everytime i move it. I am frightened that my arm wouldnt go back to normal.

what should i do to make it back to normal. exercise, routines anything?? Please help.

Thank you and God bless.

Answers:

You have tight muscles in your shoulder that helped pull it out of place and those tight muscles need to be freed up to get you any relief at all. If you go to p.t., they always make you 'strengthen' the muscles, make sure you can lift something but they don't do anything for freeing up the muscles for you to be pain free on this, and so the muscles get rid of that tense feeling you have. You need someone who can free them up for you to help out for there are going to be a few to do in there.

have done muscle and tendon work.

I think rehab and maybe go see your health doc and it is going to be sore for a few days even weeks
