i feel like a human waste ): !?!

ast week the doctor told me i have an upper respiratory infection and if i waited longer it would have turned into bronchitis... i took liquid cephalexin for a few days and i felt a lot better, i stopped because well i thought i was fine and chose to go out in really cold weather... dumb i know.

anyway monday night i felt really bad, i woke up and it was hard to swallow, my neck was a little sore, my nose was stuffy and i had a minor headache.

it got better today because i starting taking my meds again i have this scarf around my throat, and i've been drinking fresh honey-lemon tea..

but my nose is still stuffy, my throat hurts a little ( i lost my voice) and i have a very small headache and it hurts my head when i cough!!!! what is this?! is there anything i should do?!
