I always find it so hard to wake up in the mornings?!

Question: I always find it so hard to wake up in the mornings?
No matter how early I go to bed, in the morning I sleep through my alarm and it takes me so long to stop feeling sleepy. Would there be any medical reason for this? I'm not lazy, I exercise and I don't suffer from depression.
I do talk a lot in my sleep if that means anything?

Answers:

Do you wake up alot? or do you find yourself rolling around alot in bed? If your moving alot while asleep then you not really getting rest and it may cause you too sleep in more. Doesn't sound like somethings medically wrong though so you have nothing to worry about.

I'm just like you before, I'm so damn lazy to get up every morning, but if you're really determine to get away from that habit. I don't think talking in sleeping has connection on it. But if you want to know your problem then you should ask a doctor near. ^^
