I felt a stabbing pain and everything went black. I woke up to see god. How do I know if I've been stabbed?

If you woke up to see god then ask god.

Do you have a stab wound anywhere? I don't think you could miss it if you did. If it was as much of a pain as you're implying I would assume that you'd be bleeding somewhere.
