Bum and upper thigh pain?!

Question: Bum and upper thigh pain?
Yesterday morning I woke up feeling lazy and normal which was fine, until I stood up. Instantly I felt stiffness in my bum and upper thighs (all around my pelvic area) I figured it must have been a strained muscle, then day before I was doing art and ending up crouching in a weird position for a prolonged period as I was painting.

Anyway, I didn't think much of it. In fact I made sure I still walked around and sat, despite the pain. I also did some stretching which briefly relieved the pain and stiffness but not to the point where I was comfortable completely.

Then, I went to bed last night, having trouble getting up the stairs but not sleeping. This morning when I woke up, the pain wasn't as bad but it was still there and it was still unsettling. So I took the dog for a walk and I couldn't walk properly for the first while. In fact, I've been walking awkwardly, kind of like an elderly woman. And when I walk it almost feels like my joints aren't properly placed? Like, how you imagine a dislocated bone would feel, resistant and stiff.

I'm not worried or anything, I just want to know what is wrong, and how to solve this. I cannot find any help through google, as everything is directed towards pregnant women. And I am a 15 year old virgin female. (I just thought I'd eliminate the whole "lol it's from sex" idea right here and now.)
Also, I haven't done any physically stressful activities, the only form of excersize I get it from loads of walking and the occasional run.

Anyway, I would really appreciate some help, thanks :)

I don't think there's anything to worry about, your muscles are probably just stiff from staying in that position too long and sore from all that squatting. What you should do is stretch a lot, and continue stretching until the pain goes away, maybe take a nice, warm bath, and even take some ibuprofen. If you can, try going on a very light jog to get the blood moving and to loosen up a bit. The pain will probably go away in a few days or a week, but if it doesn't at least improve then see a doc.

See your Doctor that's what their for.

You can have tight muscles in your lower back pressing onto the nerves going to your legs to cause those pains in them. When you were doing the crouching is when they may have tightened up on you. now when you move the nerves get more pressure on them to keep you in pain. To get rid of the pain you have to free up the muscles in your back so the pressure is off the nerves and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.

If possible, please dip your body into a hot water tub and relax .

The warmth will relax your muscles and you will feel OK soon.

If required, take 1 tablet of Paracetamol along with 1 Antacid tablet after lunch or Dinner.
