Can Scratched Throats Take Longer Then A Month to fully heal?!

cause last mon th i had cereal and im 14 now and i started to choke on a piece of cereal (peanut butter crunch) and my parents think its a scratch i can still feel a bump or rock or a feeling of something in my throat but its at random times i dont have this all day everyday i can just fel it come back what do u think?
