Does anyone else ever get a throbbing pain in the front of their head after stan!

Question: Does anyone else ever get a throbbing pain in the front of their head after standing up?
Or even when you crouch by bending your knees. What would be the cause of this?

Answers:

As weird as it may sound, that pain is caused by tight neck muscles. They are interconnected with the back muscles and when you stand up the back muscles are pulled on and they pull on the neck muscles. The neck muscles go to the top of the head where they are connected with muscles that go around the brain. When the neck muscles get tight they pull on the head muscles and when they run out of give they give you pain where they are attached to the head, for you those are attached to the front of your head. To get rid of the pain you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
