Constantly dehydrated despite massive water intake?!

Question: Constantly dehydrated despite massive water intake?
I'm constantly dehydrated, and I drink 8-9 water bottles worth of water a day. I fluctuate between barely peeing at all some days (with dark yellow, cloudy urine-sorry, that's gross) to peeing constantly (sometimes 4 times within one hour). My mouth and throat are constantly dry and despite drinking a good amount of water before bed, I wake up so thirsty like I haven't had a drink in months. I don't drink caffeine and this occurs even when I'm not drinking alcohol on a regular basis. I was tested for diabetes 2 years ago (when these symptoms first start occurring) but I came up normal. Do you know of anything else this could be? And do you have any suggestions for managing this? Your help/suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Answers:

Did you test for acetone / ketone levels in your urine? How much was your blood sugar level when you checked last? Dry mouth and frequent urination are symptoms of type 2 diabetes. But drinking 8-9 bottles of water seems abnormal.

Forgot to ask.. Do you have sinus and my any chance do you snore? Opening the mouth and breathing through is the major reason for dry throat.. Also if you are sleeping under a fan shift your bed or use A/c
