Maybe you're on a diet and you do not eat at night. If that's the case, you better stop dieting. Or maybe, you are releasing carbon dioxide. But if your are on a family way, that's another problem.
Ah, be sure, everytime you go to bed, place two pillows for your head and one ofr your back so that you have to sleep in a slanting position. You MUST do this for you to prevent the blood clotting inside your head, ok.
As first aid, drink lukewarm water. Then place a cold face towel or cold hanky on your forehead so as to prevent some of your cells to die, especially the master cell. Then, eat light breakfast, go to an eye doctor or even to your family doctor. Be sure you have someone with you for you might collapse on the way to the doctor. Do take care and GOD BLESS THE CHILD.

Getting dizzy is a sign of tight neck muscles. When the neck muscles get tight they restrict everything going in and out of your head, including the blood. When there is a reduced blood flow to the brain you will have a lowered oxygen level there as well. You will know when the oxygen level has dropped when you feel very tired. If the level drops more you will get dizzy, light headed, and more you will pass out. To get rid of this problem you have to free up your neck muscles and here's how to do that:
Neck
Put your hands alongside your head so your thumbs are on the front of the muscle under your ear and your fingers are on the back of the muscle behind your neck. Squeeze your thumb and fingers together and hold. Relax your body. When your fingers and thumb touch, about two minutes, slowly lower your head as far as you can, release the pressure but hold your neck lowered for another 30 seconds.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed. When you stand up it pulls on your back muscles which pulls on your neck muscles making them tighter to cause the blood flow restriction to cause the dizzy spell.

this is really common, it happens all the time. I've actually blacked out because of it.

when you stand up too fast, your blood pressure is too low and cant adjust in time.

get up slower. and make sure youre stable before you start to walk.

You probably need to stand up slowly. Getting up too fast doesnt allow for your body to adjust in time.

OMG I have the same problem and I don't know why. I wish u could tell u what's happening but I can't figure it out myself .
