Question: Should I go to sleep, or will this make it worse?
Answers:
get ready for school, get your things ready for school (throw in your books/binder in your bag, etc)
make/cook breakfast & eat, study for your test
try to sleep at a normal time tonight (lets say 10pm), since yes sleeping now will make you feel tired later on & theres a chance that you might wake up late
I'm trying to figure out if I should go to sleep too =/
I'm homeschooled though....so I don't have to be ready to leave the house early.
If I was you, I'd try to sleep. Any sleep is good sleep, trust me, when I was in school I would want to get all the sleep I could since I was always tired..so just put on like 10 alarms and fall asleep. And hope you wake up from the alarms =p
Any sleep is good sleep. I work third shift and always take a 'nap' before work. Usually between 60 to 90 minutes and I feel pretty good, but everyone is different

...I've been there, done that...I usually try and stay up...turns out to be a caffeine day on days like that...oh and drink more water it does really help
