Question: Staying up all night and day ? -sleep question-?
The reason why I say 12am is beacuse it's friday night and I'd like to talk to my girlfriend / friends since they will be up for a while haha.
Is there anything bad that could happen to my body ? like stress my heart ,ect ?
I know i'd be extremely tired but I can do it...thanks.

Poor sleep can have some negative health effects over the long run, but once in awhile won't hurt you. Your body will catch up when it gets a chance. Just give yourself a chance to sleep in after staying up for a long time. you may find you need a couple extra hours sleep.
Heck, at 14 you'll be fine. It's us old folks who have trouble catching up :)
Work in sleep
Shut off all electronics and read a boring book or take some Pm medicine to get to bed If you do want to stay up Warm shower wakes you up
Just make sure you get enough sun light and your eyes won't be too sensitive

Nah I think you would be fine if you did that..just don't drink caffeine or anything to stay awake and eat carefully. I know friends that did that same exact thing to fix their sleep cycle. So I say just have at it and good luck tomorrow!
when i was 14 and i would wake up at 12 pm on sunday and stay up all day then go to school the next day with no sleep and stay up until 5 pm after school and then come home and sleep until 12 am (at night) and do it all over again i did that for about a week and then i started to have random crashes at i started to have massive headaches into the point where i had to go to the hospital one night. i still do it now sometime but only when i need to you should sleep during the day today and stay up tonite. thats what i did it 5:32
