back pain and cramps...someone help please?!

Question: Back pain and cramps...someone help please?
Well it started at work and I hurt my back. It went away and I ended up having cramps. I just had my period but the cramps are still there. My back pain came back and my cramps became so painful, I can feel the pain going down my legs. I am going to the doc monday but can someone give me a hint of what the heck is going on in my body?

Answers:

Your back pain is from pinched muscles in it. Pinched muscles in your lower back can press onto the nerves going to your legs to cause pains in them. Pinched muscles in your back can press onto the nerves as they leave the spine to cause the organ to go into pain. Pressure on the nerves to your ovaries or uterus can be causing the cramps you are feeling. To get rid of these pains you have to free up your back muscles and here's how to do that:
Back:
(do from a sitting position)
Place your left hand on your left leg next to your body. Place your right hand over your left shoulder, fingers over the back and the palm in the front and firmly pull down on them and hold. After 30 seconds slowly lower your body forward and to the outside of your left leg, keeping your left arm fairly straight as you do. When you reach your lap remain there for another 10 seconds, release the pressure but rest there for another 30 seconds. Then reverse your hand positions and do your right side.
For best results relax your body first by taking a deep breath and exhaling then remain this relaxed.
