Applying ice is used to reduce swelling or if you get bruised. If your muscles are aching its best to apply heat!!! You can buy hot patches or just keep a warm rag on your muscles, but that messy and wet. Heat is much better than cold.



should. and dont use the arm much for a few days. put ice pack on for 20 min and take off for 5. keep doing it like 5 times a day
