Why am I so scared to spend money? I'm unemployed, and I can't let go !
Question: Why am I so scared to spend money? I'm unemployed, and I can't let go of the small amount of money I do have?
even if its only 20 dollars, i can't mentally get myself to spend it, why? Why do i have the need to hold on to that money for as long as possible----after all, it's only $20.00 dollars----it won't pay the rent for me, won't buy me lots of clothes, so why can't I let go of it? HELP, I'm becoming too cheap :( ........ :) LOL !!!!!

It is not a bad thing to be scared about spending money when you are unemployed. That can be a good thing. And it is correct that one $20 will not pay the rent, but several of them will. You will relax about it when you are working again. Right now, continue to be careful.
