Car crash is giving me back pain! Please Help!?!


Question: Car crash is giving me back pain! Please Help!?
I recently was in a fender bender (Jan 18) and ever since then my back has been hurting!
I am seeing a physio therapist and i am doing stretches!
Is there anything that can help seed up the recovery? - perhaps eating something with protean to help repair muscle? anything?
PLEASE HELP!!!

Have you had x-rays? And or MRI?
You need to know the problem before you can fix it.
